HEALTH INSURERS

We are a pre-qualified specialist, approved for payment of wigs by health insurers.

If you would like to arrange payment with your health insurer yourself, we are pleased to help. Of course we also have wigs that need no additional payment.

The following is required for a cost refund:

• A doctor’s prescription (obtain this from your doctor)
• For approval, your prescription and our cost quote are submitted to your health insurer. We take care of this for you.

We inform you objectively and openly about the pros and cons of the various models. Your personal contribution to the costs depends on the health insurer and the quality of the wig.

Thanks to our electronic accounting system, we usually receive approval of the costs refunded by the health insurer within 24 hours.

We are a member of the German professional association of hair replacement specialists (Bundesverband der Zweithaar-Spezialisten e.V.), the only association for hair replacement that is recognised by the health insurers.
